-We have extensive knowledge of home-building and commercial construction in the Pacific Northwest. Quality products, precision measurements, consistency of materials, all these factors are our highest priority.
-Each order is individually inspected to ensure it is of structurally sound quality. Each application is considered for a client, guidelines are provided for structural needs and most stone specifications are available.
-Photo confirmation of the exact stone ordered is neatly cataloged and reported to the client. We take the guesswork out of ordering the right stone.
How is importation and shipping handled?
-We are an import friendly company, we import directly for our customers. Doing so, allows us to control the risk our clients accept in the international trade of commodities. Suggestions may be made for the lines of importation to be used. Complete importation and no hassle delivery, we deliver at the fastest and most economical rate available.
-Shipments are made via sea container or via air cargo. Each shipment is insured for the value of the order.
-Delivery can be to the customers building site, fabrication facility, or any other named location. We ship orders not only to the USA but Worldwide. Shipments are also available for pick-up at the port of entry.
What is the average time for delivery?
-Orders will be cut when the sale contract is finalized. Depending on the size of the order, the materials are normally ready to ship within 10 days.
-Ocean freight time and customs clearance take another 30-45 days.
-Air freight time is significantly faster and averages 15-30 days from the time an order is placed.
How many types of stone may we place in one order?
-We accept any reasonable number of stone types within one order.
Are there minimum order requirements?
-There are no minimum order requirements. Shipments are made via sea container (20'] or via air cargo. Any size order can be shipped to the desired location.
Approximately how much stone is shipped via 20 foot container?
-Approximately 200 sq. meters (2150 sq. feet) of slab cut marble or granite.
-Containers may accommodate up to 400 sq. meters (4300 sq. feet) of tile, depending on the amount of extra materials (door jambs, etc. . .) that accompany the order.
What specific products can I order?
-Blocks, slabs, and tiles are available. Any dimension up to 1.7m x 3m will be accommodated. CYNC offers all dimensions in Granites, Marble, Slate, and Quartzite locally available.
